Maple has been evolving rapidly. Maple 10 was released in the summer of 2005 and has been installed on eden and on the machines in the student labs. Some of its features will be added to the course projects. In particular, the equation label provides a way to refer to previous results without naming everything, so eventually the labs will use fewer names, relying on these labels to refer to previous results.
Maple 9, released two years ago, was a major step in the development of Maple, and its features are now a standard part of this course. In particular, all seed files and supplementary worksheets will be distributed only in the worksheet format introduced with Maple 9.
Maple projects are being revised. Only the new versions will be shown on this page. Previous semester pages will contain a recent version if the project has not yet been revised.
